Please provide your feed back regarding the shelf life of "sauces" in refrigerator or chiller..

If it contains raw eggs (mayo), I only keep it for 2-3 days in fridge. If all ingredients are cooked and put to clean jar, I'd keep it for 5-6 days in the coldest part of the fridge (and always use clean spoon/just pour it to reduce contamination).
