I don't have any other suggestions for savory uses besides what Nancy has offered, but I agree that you should experiment and see what you come up with!
Lots of cakes use a small hit of coffee for a touch of bitter flavor, or to play off other flavors (like chocolate or pepper).
Dry rubs, barbecue and mole sauces often have a bit of coffee in them for the same purpose.
The presence of the milky cappucino topping may change tastes, but experiment and see what you like.
