"ground rice pasta?" What is it?

I have a request from someone to make a dish that they refer to as "Ground rice pasta with lots of pepper." I cannot find any reference to ground rice pasta, except as it may be related to rice noodles. Any ideas?

Are you sure they didn't say "Brown rice pasta?" It's pretty easy to find.
