kitchen. what amount of crumbled amaretti & vanilla for the semifreddo?

Hi there! 1/4 tsp of bourbon vanilla and around 125g amaretti. It can be more, depending on what you like. Keep in mind that if you add more, the texture will be a bit more crunchy ;)
