Do I remove plastic wrap from stuff meat before vacuum sealing for sous vide? Or seal with plastic?

Stuffed venison and rolled into a log using caul fat, moo glue and plastic wrap. Should I remove from plastic wrap before vacuum sealing to sous vide?
