substitute flour

I have no flour for the Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix. I have whole Wheat flour, Aunt jemima Pancake Mix and Bisquick. Which would be better to use a a substitute or do I have to go back to the store? I need to do these TONIGHT! Thank you
