I have a bunch of fresh herbs i need to use up. Can i make, then freeze chimichurri sauce OR is this something that does not freeze well for future?

I've frozen chimichurri with success. Like Chef June I regularly freeze herbs.

I've never frozen chimichurri, but I regularly freeze fresh herbs in ice cube trays, so I don't know why you shouldn't be able to.
