How many cups of dry rice can be cooked in the Staub mini rice cooker

Hi Lanette! Depending on the rice you're cooking, the petite Staub Rice Cooker can easily hold up to 1.5 cups of dry rice. I have this little guy (in grey!) and generally cook long grain or brown rice and use about 1 cup dry. Hope this helps!
