Can i sear a 4kg beef cube roll 2 hours before i need to roast it?

Yes.
Can't see why not
If you sear and leave at room temp 2 he before roasting (so not to start with cold meat), all should be ok.
If you plan to wait more than 2 he between sear and toast, pit in fridge during interval (food safety).

Those inscrutable words "he" should be "hr"...as in, 2 hours.
