Sorbet

I made my sorbet mix, but too late I read that it's suppose to be churned in an ice cream machine, wich I don't have. What do I do?

You could try the old partially-freeze-and-stir -it-up (with repeats) message- unlikely to provide the best texture, but it works quite well with some mixtures. Or I suppose you could drink it or make sno cones.
