Whipping cream vs light cream

Help...I used whipping cream in my clam chowder instead of light cream. How do I fix it??

It's going to have a richer taste with heavy cream, but I suspect you've already figured that out. If it is too thick for you, thin it out with some milk until it is the consistency you prefer.
