Where should I eat in Nashville, TN?

Hi there! My friends and I planned a last-minute trip (only Friday to Sunday, so it'll be short!) to Nashville for the middle of February. What are the food spots I absolutely *have* to try while I'm there? Would also love suggestions for music, bars, and other attractions if you have!

Hattie B's Hot Chicken! This is strictly for the chicken. No atmosphere. Not for dinner but great for lunch

Went to Nashville back in November. Loved:

- Henrietta Red (small plate sort of place with great raw bar and cocktails)
- Loveless Cafe (I highly recommend the biscuit with pimiento cheese and fried green tomatoes)
- Biscuit Love (get the "Princess")

Food: Wild Cow (vegan/veggie), Folk (artisan pizzas/small plates), Cafe Roze (brunch), Dose (casual -- definitely try the rosemary biscuit!)
Drinks: Dinos (dive bar, my favorite!), Pearl Diver
Music: Basement or Basement East (show every night)

There are some really beautiful outdoor spaces with trails you can run or walk on (Percy Warner is really nice). Enjoy the trip!

The Bluebird Café is an obvious choice.
