Freezing this cake?

Question

I’m baking for a party next month and would like to bake in advance and freeze this cake. Anyone have any experience/luck with this? With all of the butter in this recipe, seems it could be a good freezing candidate. Thanks!

I freeze a lot of cakes for a bug dessert party I host every year.  This one looks like it would freeze very well - wouldn't  hesitate to try

Hi Sonya! I haven't frozen this particular cake before...but I have frozen a lot of cakes (including chocolate ones) and they've always thawed beautifully. My hunch is that this one would be no different.
