I make pizza dough with 300 grms of flour, 200 grms of natural yoghurt and some olive oil. Is to dough safe to freeze?

Yes, it would be safe to freeze. Just create the size balls you will want to use first, then freeze- unless you intend to use it as one big pizza. Freeze it as airtight as you can get it as well.
