I want to find a recipe I remember as being called "Milk Bread."

There was an article with it, maybe two years ago, which would make it 2018, about going to a restaurant with friends where they serve these large, pillowy buns made of a soft, white dough. I've tried searchingfor it.... Maybe somebody knows what I'm talking about?

This is the recipe you are looking for and the restaurant would be Kindred Restaurant in Davidson, NC! I have made their Milk Bread countless times because it is JUST THAT GOOD. Read the posts at the end of the recipe for some great hints and unless you are a fan of salty bread... pull back on the salt used:
