Advice on vacuum packing for a wedding cake
Will a brandy infused fruit cake be ok to eat this time next year if it’s vacuum packed..It was for a wedding which had to be cancelled due to COVID. It’s 3 different size cakes. Or advice on if they can be saved.......no freezer room.

Consider renting freezer space at retail or production bakery. And booking that outlet to do some of the catering at 2021 wedding.
