can ground beef be mixed with ground chicken for meatballs?

Ground pork and veal make the best meatballs.

I dont think that would be a problem at all. Lots of meatball recipes call for a mix of ground meats.

*Not ever having tried it*, I don’t think I would. I think the taste would be disagreeable. You could mix it with ground pork.

Thank you! I did mix both together, and made quite delicious meatballs! The ratio was approx 3/4 beef to 1/4 chicken breast ground. I would make it again. Thanks for your response!
