Candice recipe be made for cupcakes I know a lot of times you make certain recipes but when you go to make them as a cupcake it doesn't taste the same or the texture is different or it's dry

Try checking the cupcakes for doneness at 15-18 minutes total (compared to about half hour for layer cakes and 45 minutes for large cakes).
