How long does this cook at low?

Since the recipe says that it will cook while you sleep, I would assume it will require at least 8 hours on the low setting. Depending on your particular model, it could probably go as long as 10 hours without any major problems. I did not write the recipe, but I make steel cut oats in a similar fashion, and that's the time frame I use.
