What is the best way to finely chop glazed citron?

Whenever I try to finely chop glazed citron for a cookie recipe, it doesn't seem that fine because it difficult with the stickiness of the product.

I’ve also had luck spraying my chef’s knife with cooking spray (such as PAM). It can be such a sticky job!

I would put it in the freezer for a little while. This will harden the glaze. Make sure your knife is sharpened. Rinse the knife under cold water before chopping.
