Crumbly dough, is this correct?

Is the dough supposed to be Crumbly? There is no liquid except for the vanilla extract. How can I get the dough to bind?

I added a little water to bind the dough and they baked well. Very tasty cookie. I'm glad it worked out. I was in a bit of a panic with crumbly dough.
