Has this ruined my meal or can I fix itt

I have made chicken soup and it’s much too greasy with leaving skin on what can I do to fix.

Refrigerate it. The fat will float to the top and form a crust. You can then scrape off the fat and reheat it.

Also, if - after you remove the fat - the soup needs a boost in flavor, try adding acid (lemon juice, vinegar, wine) and/or some salt (crystals or some salt-dominant sauce like fish sauce).
