Maybe yes but the texture will be different in a bundt pan.
Cooks Illustrated has a great article about converting various layer cakes to bundt cakes.

Better answer is yes, and will take some adjustment in baking time. And yes the texture will be somewhere between original cake and a traditionally dense Bundt cake.
