How much Swerve do you add? It’s not on the ingredient list.

Hi there. Sorry about that. In the original version I used 8 oz to match the sugar recipe and I thought it was way too sweet. So I backed off to 3 oz the second time and *apparently* when I went to edit the ingredients I deleted the Swerve! Oops. The story is in the story part. Anyhow, I thought that 8 oz was way too much and backed off.

The head note says 8 ounces.
