If you are using pre-made, packaged phyllo to make this spinach spanakopita, it would make the most sense to use a pan that is approximately the same size as the phyllo sheets, given how this is constructed. ;o)
Hi The dimensions of the pan (inside) are 13X15 inches and the depth 2.5. I made the phyllo sheets myself. We always make sure the phyllo sheets to be bigger than our pan so after assembly we can roll them up all around to make the crust. If your phyllo sheets are smaller than the size of my pan then you need to adjust the ingredients. I hope I was helpful.
It looks like a nine inch square pan, based on there being 5 squares of spanakopita in each direction. The squares appear to be a little less than 2”x2”.
