Can the meatballs be made into a meatloaf without it drying out?

Turkey is miserable when overcooked. Use a meat thermometer if you do it in a meatloaf.

Wow, that looks really good. She calls for dark meat turkey and adds mayonnaise and parmesan cheese to the mixture, so I think you're ok on fat. Some minced onion in the mixture would add moisture and flavor, too. I'd probably double the vinaigrette and hold some aside to sauce the meat loaf slices just in case. Good luck! I hope it turns out well for you.

I can't see why not.
The thing to be wary of with turkey is possibly dryng out.
Bake to safe internal temp (160F), but don't overcook.
Add extra oil, mayo or other fat if needed.

And, depending on your timing of all, remove the cooked meatloaf from the oven, tent it with foil or a large bowl, then combine and serve when all is done.
