A question about a recipe: Spinach Gratin

I'd like to make this for our Easter supper, but am concerned about my morning getting too crazy. Is this something I can make on Saturday, put in the fridge and then bake on Sunday just b/f we sit down? Should i not do the panko topping until it is ready to go in the oven? Thanks!!

Spinach_gratin_pan0001 Yes, you can make it ahead, cover and refrigerate a day ahead. I'd do the topping last minute. In fact, you don't even have to toast the panko - it's fine just to sprinkle it on just before baking it. Say, maybe I'll do one too for Easter...
