Waffle maker brand for Alternative Recipes??

We have this one https://www.surlatable.com/pro-2157006-waffler-4sq-belgian/2157006.html which performs brilliantly making all types of waffles - including waffles made from Thanksgiving stuffing with a beaten egg stirred into it, as well as all kinds of gluten free waffles we often make for a special family friend. It's the best! ;o)
