Is it possible to substitute gluten free flour (1 to 1), and if so how much? Thanks!

I haven’t made this recipe gluten free, but I’ve had lots of success using the product Cup4Cup as a 1:1 substitute in a lot of cookie and cake recipes. Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour also works well.
