Do you leave the buttermilk brine on after taking it out of the fridge and before baking?

Hi JODY26,

After taking the bird out of the refrigerator (a couple of hours before cooking), remove turkey from the bag and pat dry. There is no need to rinse it first. Just place it in the roasting pan and allow it to come to room temperature.
