Erin, would these hold up to freezing, reheating after baked? How about an egg wash to shine them up? I woul like to do a test run.

It should work to freeze these after baking and thoroughly cooling. An egg wash would give them a bit of a shine. Me? I'd brush them with melted butter before popping them into a moderate oven to warm them, before serving. ;o)
