Irina - easiest way is to start with sane suze mushrooms and cut/slice all jn sane way... 2nd way compare the mushrooms you have and cut so they approximate same size... e.g., large in quarters, medium in half, small leave as is. 3rd way, if you’re adding to a stew or sauce, chop the batch in small dice.
