Do you have a recipe you are looking at? A specific dried fruit? And end-goal? We need more information. What are you making and how do you plan to use the compote?

No specific recipe. I have a two types of dried fruits(peaches and apricots). I want to make a compote to drink.

Blend them together with liquid and add sugar to your taste.
