Absolutely. You'd have to convert it over from using sourdough, though. I'd probably add equal weights flour and water for the called for starter, then us around 1% (?) commercial yeast.

1% of the total flour is my go-to ratio/percentage in this situation - and it's never let me down! I use SAF instant yeast. The best. ;o)
