is it ok to substitute lime juice for lemon juice in a recipe ?

For some reason my body does not like Lemon . I get very sick with lemon, but I noticed most recipes use Lemon. Is it ok to use the lime juice and zest instead?

yes absolutely possible, Lime tends to be a tad more sour in intensity. The zests taste different though.

Sure! I do often just because I really like lime juice.

I would/have! Just use a little less juice than recipe says as I think lime is more overpowering.
