Ginger Beer and Tepache Marriage?

I have been making Tepache and want to add flavor. Ginger is on the top of my list. Ginger beer is one of my favorite drinks and I think that marrying the two sounds amazing! Any thoughts??

I believe the Jamaicans share a similar view, because they make a pineapple ginger beer which is delicious. Though tepache tends to use only the peel of the pineapple, the Jamaican version uses the entire pineapple. A web search should find you a recipe to use for starting the adventure, and I think you should go for it. I've had the Jamaican version, and it's yummy.
