Is the consistency supposed to be firm like jello?

Hi there, I just made this, and the consistency is more like a relish than a jello. Is that correct? I used frozen cranberries (did not defrost before I chopped in food processor). I note that it's called a salad not a jello mold; just checking. Still tastes great!
