Looking for specific food shops in Montreal
Two questions...
1. I've had other shops in previous cities, Bowery Kitchen Supply in New York, DeHillerin and Bovida in Paris, what are the quintessential kitchen suipply shops here in Montreal?
2. What are the best 'en vrac' shops that sell good products by the container where one can bring one's own containers? Ideally not one of the overly hipster-y places that overcharge for lentils and flour because they have pretty shelves and displays. Everything also need not be organic.
