I preheated my over for something else with remembering my cinnamon rolls were rising in there. They didn't get baked hardly but I don't know if they'll turn out. Help!!

@SarahKCaz - yeast dies at 130 to 140F (or equivalent Celsius).

The yeast may be dead and the rolls won’t rise.

Leave them out about an hour at room temp and see if they rise.

If yes, proceed with recipe.

If no, you may need to discard this batch. Or use it up as if it were dried bread.
