The dish sounds wonderful fir anyone who loves corn!🌽
As the custard was too runny in first making, try this for future ones:
• omit the custard layer altogether (there are plenty of other layers and taste/texture);
• reduce amount of ingredients in custard layer by about 1/4;
• in case your oven isn’t hot enough, bake a bit longer next time and double check texture is as thick as you want before removing from oven.
