Check local Middle Eastern, Greek, or Indian stores.

They normally carry semolina flour. Sometimes in little portioned out bags because they buy in bulk and portion out bits for customers.

I get all of my flour including semolina and extra fancy grand duram from King Arthur the email address is bakerscatalog.com I love their flours great selection and I feel its excellent quality.
