Vegan tahini cookies—why milk?

I'm sure you could. I haven't tried it, but I like to add something a bit creamier that mimics dairy because it contains more than just water such as sugar, carbs, fat (depending on what type of "milk" you use). I'd use another type of milk over water if you don't have oat!
