Since an ebelskiver pan is round, if that's what you are going for just use a regular muffin pan.

If you Google "friand pan" you will find several places to purchase them but they seem to mostly be in Australia.

I think the proper spelling is Friands. I remember seeing these:

they are individual, which makes them easier to store in my opinion.
