Polenta has been a staple for people for hundreds of years. It is versatile and tasty.
It has nutritional value. We love it!

That's a loaded question! On it's own, it's low in fat and is nutritious. As with potatoes, pasta, and rice, if you load on sauces and toppings that are high in fat, etc, it becomes less nutritious...
