A question about a recipe: Gingered Beet Pickles

Is this recipe suitable to process? I have a lot of beets and I'd like to make a few jars of this to save for the winter.

Hmm ... I would THINK so because of the sugar and vinegar, but I would do some online research to be sure. I have a jar in the fridge right now - so delicious!
