A question about a recipe: Sicilian-Style Swordfish

072010f52_0218

I have a question about step 3 on the recipe "Sicilian-Style Swordfish" from cucinettaNYC. It says:

"Add sun-dried tomatoes, olives, capers, wine and generous pinch red pepper flakes; stir together. Transfer to bowl." Is this just mixed together with the sauteed onions and garlic, or is it supposed to be sauteed first? i mixed the ingredients together and it was delicious.

From the sounds of Amanda's header, you did just right!

"She sautes onion and garlic, then whips off the heat and throws in some capers, olives and sundried tomatoes with a little wine, and the sauce is done."
