If it's a new recipe you want to upload and enter, you can click on "add a recipe" from the drop down that occurs when you hover over the recipes button. You can also access "add a recipe" from the recipe page, right side of page, orange circle. I haven't figured out how to enter a recipe you already have uploaded into a new contest. Hope this helps!
