do you have a bundt pan? that would work fine, and the cooking time should be about the same. if not, you can put it in a couple of round cake pans (8- or 9-inch) or a 9-inch by 13-inch pan. your cooking time will be shorter, and obviously the shape will be really different, but it should get the job done.
