Cauliflower Popcorn
Author Notes: This recipe is simple and easy and a healthy treat for the kids. You can really experiment with any spices you like. Nutritional yeast can substitute for cheese and Indian spices like turmeric lend a buttery look. - 2eatwellRD

I love roasted cauliflower! I made a version last night inspired by Stephanie Izard's dish at the Girl and the Goat in Chicago. Roasted cauliflower with toasted pine nuts, panko bread crumbs, fresh mint and pickled peppers. It was truly amazing!
