Author Notes: This recipe is simple and easy and a healthy treat for the kids. You can really experiment with any spices you like. Nutritional yeast can substitute for cheese and Indian spices like turmeric lend a buttery look. —2eatwellRD
- 1 head cauliflower
- Spray oil (like Pam)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch turmeric
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Chop cauliflower into small, popcorn sized pieces and lay out onto parchment covered cookie sheet.
- Spray cauliflower with cooking spray to coat. Sprinkle with salt and turmeric (or any other spices you are using).
- Roast at 425 for 25 minutes or until crispy. Serve in a bowl as you would "popcorn."
