Coffee Cream of Wheat
Author Notes: Have you ever worked 21 twelve hour shifts at a hospital and tried to get up the next morning to make cream of wheat for the kids for school? I grabbed the coffee instead of the milk and didn't realize it until the kids said oh yuck MOM ! I couldn't throw it away so I added some milk and sugar to my bowl and ate it. Now it's the only way I make it for myself. - Fran McGinty

Doing a little too much multi-tasking, I've made bread without adding yeast. More than once. I'm still waiting for it to rise. Love your head note, and this sounds like an amazingly wonderful accident!
